By using SuperOS, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

To use SuperOS, you must register via Apple Sign In (on iOS devices). We collect:

  • User ID
  • Name
  • Profile Image
  • Date Joined
  • Device Token (to enable push notifications)

All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely in cloud storage.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

  • No illegal activity
  • No unauthorized access or interference with the app
  • No spamming, harassment, or harmful behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in SuperOS, including text, design, and code, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
